Cancellation Policy

It is understandable that sometimes we are faced with unforeseen circumstances, and therefore it is requested a minimum of at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for which clients are a “No-Show”, a charge of 50% of the service amount will be invoiced directly to the client. 

Your time is valuable and therefore it is only fair to honour the same policies held to clients. Should there be a need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice the client will be honoured 50% off their next identical service and the appointment rescheduled in a timely manner.

Arriving late

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged via invoice for 50% of the service scheduled.

Treatment outcomes are down to the individual’s willingness to commit to follow up appointments and undertake aftercare advice and plans discussed at the end of every treatment.

In relation to Reiki and Intuitive services results can be varied and may be dependent on the clients openness to receive.
